Warm mushrooms palmini salad

Warm mushrooms palmini salad: 
Ingredients: 
1 box Organic belle mushrooms ( or any fresh mushrooms) 
1 bag of palmini pasta ( follow the packaging instructions before use , rinse well ) 
1/2 bunch chopped parsley 
1/2 bunch chopped dill 
Zets of 1 big lemon 
Zets of small piece ginger (optional but highly recommend) 
Spicy chili flax ( optional for spicy lovers ) 
1tbs sesame oil ( or your favorite oil ) 
2-3 tbs liquid amino or coconut amino ( which means no salt ) 
Spices: cumin, smoked paprika 
👩🏻‍🍳Instructions: 
  • Sauté mushrooms with 1tbs sesame oil on non stick skillet medium heat until they get  golden brown 
  • Add palmini pasta and stir 
  • Reduce heat to low and add liquid amino and spices, stir well 
  • Add lemon zest, ginger zest, chopped dill & parsley and stir again 
  • After 2-3 minutes remove from skillet into a salad bowl and served it warm 
  • I like to add a drizzle of sesame oil and lemon juice on top , chili flax for spicy lovers and always more fresh herbs for garnish on top, enjoy 😊
