Zucchini lasagna

5 minutes Zucchini lasagna:
Ingredients:
1-2 medium size zucchini
1-2 cups of spinach
1 cup tomato sauce ( I use raos )
2tbs pesto tahini
2tbs spicy tahini
1/2 cup of your favorite shredded cheese
Instructions:
• preheat oven to 400f
• Slice zucchini length wise , not to thick (I got 5-6 stripes)
• Mix tomato sauce with the tahini until it is blended together well
• In your lasagna dish start layering the zucchini add spinach, tomatoes, tahini sauce & cheese, repeat (I had 3 layers)
• Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, zucchini should be soft & cheese melted on top, enjoy
