Stuffed whole cabbage

Stuffed cabbage: 
đŸ”čIngredients: 
1 cabbage 
1 lemon 
6 garlic clove 
1 fresh Spicy pepper 
1/3 cup Olive oil 
Sprinkle of salt and pepper 
đŸ”čInstructions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 400F 
  2. Cut your cabbage in an x shape as deep as you can but not all the way through 
  3. Slice lemon and spicy pepper into thin circles and peel your garlic cloves 
  4. Stuff the cabbage with lemon, garlic and spicy pepper 
  5. Pour olive oil (be generous) into the cabbage and sprinkle salt and black pepper 
  6. Place your cabbage in a roasting bag and roast for 3 hours, pure happiness in every slice you eatđŸ˜đŸ‘ŒđŸ»
Notes 
  • first 2 layers ( on top ) will be burned but still yummy and crunchy 
  • Nuts / seeds for serving, was delicious topping 
  • You could eat it after an hour in the oven but I recommend 2 or more
