Everything but the waffle

Savory GF Vegan inulin  tahini  waffles: 
1/3 cup coconut flour 
1/2 cup coconut milk 
1/3 cup raw tahini 
1/3 cup Psyllium husk
1/2 cup warm water 
3tbs inulin powder 
1tsp baking powder 
2tbsp olive oil 
Zest from 1 lemon ( optional ) 
Sprinkle of everything but the bagel spice 
Or sprinkle of salt 
Instructions: 
  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine dry ingredients first ( inulin, husk, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon & salt ) and mix well . 
  2. Add tahini, coconut milk and warm water, I recommend hand blender to combine ingredients perfectly but whisking by hand will work too. 
  3. You’ll actually be able to create a medium size ball shape Doug, or add water/ milk/ coconut flour to adjust consistency, Divide it to approximately 3 waffles depends on your waffles maker... 
  4. Warm up your waffles maker and spray with coconut spray 
  5. By using hands or Woden spoon gently press the dough into the waffles mold and bale for 5-8 minutes, enjoy😊 
  6. Serving optional: I Topped it up with kite hill vegan cream cheese or Labane cheese or your favorite, fresh basil for garnish, sprinkle of zathar and drizzle of olive oil
