Power Breakfast

Slices of My tahini gluten free home made bread ( you got the recipe on the blog ) 
This bread is so delicious that  with a simple spread you will get the perfect breakfast.
I used mashed avocado and tahini dressing as my spread but since I felt  so super special on women’s day, I decided to roast garbanzo beans and add them to my breakfast : 
  1. Preheat oven to 425 
  2. Layer your baking tray with Parchment paper 
  3. Add a can of drained and dry Garbanzo beans 
  4. My favorite spices on the garbanzo beans are smoked paprika and cumin . (you can of course experiment with your own spice mix)
  5. While you are in the shower 10-15 min the beans are  crunchy and flavorful. Bon appetit and have a great day.
  6. By the way, these baked beans will add a twist sprinkled on top of any meal and are great as a snack, sprinkle salt if needed.
