Pomegranate salad

Pomegranate salad :
Ingredients:
1 bag of green beans raw & fresh
( about 3 cups when chopped into big pieces)
1/2-1 cup pomegranate seeds
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut chips
Dressing:
1/2 lemon juice
3 tbs whole sesame tahini
2 tbs honey
Instructions:
  • Start with the green beans chopped & trimmed , squeeze lemon juice directly on them .
  • Add pomegranate seeds on top, and drizzle the tahini & honey on
  • Finish with walnuts & coconut on top, sprinkle of salt & drizzle of olive oil ( optional but delicious) , enjoy
