High protein high fiber bread , vegan & gluten free

High protein bread :
1 cup protein fiber powder
1/2 pesto tahini ( or any flavor )
1/3 cup nut milk
3tbs zen basil seeds soaked in 9tbs room temperature water (for 15 min)
1tbs honey
1teaspoon baking powder
Sprinkle of salt & pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to f375
  • mix protein powder & baking powder well
  • Add all ingredients & mix well
  • Spray your loaf pan very well to prevent sticking and pour the bread batter in
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes, toothpick should come out dry and bread is golden on top, enjoy,
notes ; 
* you can use chia seeds if you don’t have basil seeds 
* you can replace seeds with 2-3 eggs or 2 eggs & 1 tbs of seeds to get all benefits , I love baking the bread with eggs, both ways are delicious , enjoy.
