Filtered water ( as much as needed for consistency)
3-5 tbs olive oil
Spices : sprinkle of salt, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, smoked paprika & curry
In a large pot, heat oliveoil over medium-high until warm. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add leek and celery and cook for 5 additional minutes longer, add thebroccoli & cauliflower and cook for 5 additional minutes. Sprinkle your favorite spices, Pour in filter water about 1/2 height of your veggies and bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 -25 minutes or until broccoli is easily pierced with fork. Turn off heat and add lemon juice then let cool, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Working in batches if necessary, blend and add more lemon and pepper or salt if needed , you could blend it until very smoothif your have hand blender .
