Coconut Matcha Popsicle

Coconut popsicle : kiddos approve 😉
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup coconut milk ( for kids I love using full fat coconut milk ) 
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup ( or honey ) 
  • 1tbs vanilla extract 
  • 1tbs vegan protein powder ( optional) or 2 Tbl gelatin 
  • 1tbs matcha ( optional) 
👩🏻‍🍳
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour into the molds.
  • Place in freezer and let sit for 5-6 hour 
* I only add matcha and protein powder in my popsicle not for my kids 😅
