Chocolate chip vanilla protein cookiecake 🍰

Chocolate chips Vanilla protein cake : ( gluten free & dairy free ) 
Ingredients: 
2 eggs 
2tbs cashews butter 
1/4 cup cacao butter ( melted in the microwave 30 sec increase) 
1 scoop planet based protein powder ( I use try women) 
4tbs almond flour 
4tbs coconut flour 
1tbs baking powder 
1/3 cup fiber syrup ( or honey ) 
1/3 cup chocolate chips ( for topping, I use Lily’s sweet ) 
Instructions: 
  • preheat oven to 375f 
  1. In a medium mixing bowl: 
Combine: eggs, cacao butter ( melted), syrup, and cashews butter, whisk it well 
  1. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well 
  2. Spray you cake mold ( I used coconut oil ) 
  3. Pour cake batter into the mold and top it up with chocolate chips, bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, enjoy 
  • I love serving it with coconut whip cream
