Sprinkle of : pink sea salt, black pepper & zathar
1/2 cup of your favorite nuts ( I mixed pecans, cashews, walnuts)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Begin by par-boiling the whole cauliflower in a large pot of salted boiling water for approximately 10-15 minutes. To know when it's done, when poked with a fork, the cauliflower should give a little resistance. Remove cauliflower from the pot and drain excess water.
Place cauliflower on a parchment paper
Prepare marinade ingredients ( olive oil, lemon zests & spices) in a small mixing bowl and mix well, add oil if needed and brush the cauliflower with the marinade and gently stuff the cauliflower with your nuts from the bottom and top by squeezing them in
Roast for about 25- 30 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from and slice into your healthy pie o' heaven. The nuts will be a great surprise for your love ones and great way to add healthy fats into to your fiber
